Eligibility for B. Tech course: The candidate must pass 10+2 examination or equivalent from any recognised board with 75% (for SC/ ST 65%) in aggregate with science stream. Eligibility for M. Tech course: Candidates must have completed their B.Tech or an equivalent degree in the respective branch of engineering to pursue M.Tech from IIT (BHU) Varanasi.
