The candidate must have valid score in AMU Engineering Entrance Examination. Eligibility for B.Tech course: The candidate must have secured 50% aggregate in 10+2 exam or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subject or Diploma in Engineering. Eligibility for M.Tech course: The candidate must pass B.Tech in the Relevant Streams.
