Admission to BTech (Hons) and BTech programme is based on JEE Main rank. There is a scope of lateral entry in the second year, and international students can also apply for the same.

MTech admission is based on GATE score. For M.Sc, a candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in any stream. For M.Des, a candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Design, Science, Engineering, Technology, Humanities, Social Sciences, Fine Arts, Applied Arts; or a Professional Diploma from a recognized institution. A candidate either has to take DA-IICT DAT, or Common Entrance Exam for Design (CEED) for selection.
