Admissions are done from the marks obtained in JEE Mains through JoSAA Counselling and CSAB Special Round.

Postgraduate admissions at IIITDM Kancheepuram will be through Centralized Counselling for M.Tech (CCMT) counselling.

Eligibility for Ph.D. programme

Candidates must have cleared the Departmental Admission Test (DAT) and the selection is done on the basis of Academic record and test/interview by the selection committee. For minimum eligibility, candidate must have obtain Master’s degree in relevant discipline with valid GATE/ UGC/ CSIR NET/ NBHM or other equivalent scores.
