Bangalore Institute of Technology (BIT)

Bangalore Institute of Technology (BIT) was started in the year 1979 with the objective of providing quality education in the ﬁeld of Technology and thereby serving the society. The institute offers various undergraduate and graduate engineering courses, affiliated to the Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belgaum located in Bangalore. There are a number of centres carrying out inter-disciplinary research and many collaborative programmes with some renowned and premier institutes. It is recognized by the AICTE and has been approved by NBA.

Candidates are required to appear in the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Mains) OR KCET.

MTech

Admission is done through GATE or through PGCET, which is conducted by VTU.

MCA / MBA

Candidates have will to appear in PGCET/KMAT/CMAT, and admission is based on the rank obtained.

Ph.D.

Admission is done through VRAT, followed by an interview.
