Overview

The Shri Ram College of Commerce was established in the year 1920 when seven leading businessman in Delhi established the commercial Education Trust. SRCC offers undergraduate and Master’s courses. The college offers various courses such as B.Com Hons, BA Hons Economics, and PG diploma in G.B.B., M.com and M.A. Economics. With 7 academic departments having 110 faculty members the college specialises in commerce and economics education. The departments in the college are commerce, economics, Hindi, mathematics, Political Science, English and computer science. Facilities like Auditorium, hostels, gym, swimming pool, parking air conditioned sports complex, solar heating and more are provided.

The placement cell of Shri Ram College of Commerce is a professional body which is incorporated for facilitating recruitment of the country’s best minds by global corporate is largely student-driven. The cell works with the aim of making the students to secure jobs and equip themselves with industry specific knowledge. Placement Cell has experienced the visit of leading corporate including consulting giants, Finance Specialists, the Big 4’s of the Audit World, and other renowned companies catering not only to placements but also to fellowships, internships and articleships. The Placement Cell, SRCC, in a team of 60 members, works towards maximizing student welfare and helping each student attain his/her goal.
